Appco UK is crucial to VSO’s dramatic revenue growth
VSO UK’s head of fundraising Mark Rowland (pictured) cited the charity’s strong relationship with Appco Group UK as a major reason for VSO’s dramatic revenue increase over the last year.
Individual giving increased by 17%
in the last 12 months, which according to VSO has been generated through Appco’s face-to-face conversations and door-to-door fundraising.
“Our relationship with Appco has been a crucial part in enabling us to grow our income and fight poverty,” said Mark Rowland.
“The combination of the approach Appco takes and VSO’s unique model has meant our door-to-door campaigns have allowed us to distinguish ourselves during conversations with potential supporters.
“Most critically though, we have seen that our offering can build donor loyalty – the promised land for any charity – and something that we know Appco prides itself on – alongside their commitment and passion for our cause.
“This year, we want to directly impact the lives of over two million people and we couldn’t do that without the increased funds generated with and through Appco.”
