The Cobra Group of Companies has for many years supported worthwhile causes around the world, not only as an organisation, but through our network of amazing individuals who have given their time, energy, hard work and spirit to raise funds for charities and causes close to all our hearts.
The increase in these random acts of kindness led to the formalisation of the Cobra Group Foundation in November 2010.
The Cobra Foundation's projects have included:
- Cordaid partnership - Netherlands
- Earthquake appeal - Italy
- Bushfire fund - Australia
- Deak Kum Pa Orphanage – UK and Ireland
- Shelter Home for Children - Asia
- Countless fundraising efforts from individuals within our network.
The foundation's vision is to create a global community of charitable causes the group can directly affect and make a marked difference to our social and natural environment. To become a core function within the group allowing Cobra and Appco staff, as well as our global marketing company network to be recognised for their philanthropic work.
We are going to create Cobra Group foundation member communities throughout the global network with our objective to have a foundation project running in each Cobra/Appco country worldwide.
