Appco Group Nederland finished 2011 with excellent results

Appco Group in the Netherlands finished 2011 on a high, hitting all sales targets set for the fourth quarter.

New customer and donor acquisition in the last quarter of the year surpassed all other quarters in 2011. The senior field representatives focused on maintaining outstanding personal performance while developing newer field representatives.

The sales support and recruitment teams implemented changes to the training and recruitment programs that facilitated faster growth in the sales teams.

Country Head, James O’Grady, said all areas of the company were focused on improving sales performance to meet the client commitments made for 2011. “Having everyone focused on the same goal enabled us to finish the year with December as our best sales month for 2011. Importantly, we’ve maintained sales averages and quality while growing, setting us up for a great start to 2012.”
