The Australian Paralympic Committee (APC) has commended Appco Group Sports for its hard work and commitment in implementing fundraising campaigns over the past seven years, which has enabled the APC to send teams to the Paralympic Games, including the Beijing and Vancouver Games.

Appco Group has raised almost 80 per cent of the APC’s total fundraising revenue, and since commencing its fundraising campaigns with the Appco Group, the APC has seen an extremely positive change in how it operates.

APC Fundraising Manager Sue Bowman said: “The professionalism and customer service skills displayed by Appco Group is indicative of the effective processes and leadership in place. This has been the catalyst for the excellent outcomes the APC have achieved.”

Currently the APC and Appco Group Sports are working together to raise funds needed to ensure Australian Paralympic athletes compete at the 2012 Games in London. This is tracking exceptionally well with Appco Group already exceeding expectations by selling out well before the proposed end date of the raffle and trade campaigns assigned by the APC.

The APC truly appreciates the work Appco Group Sports does on its behalf and is looking forward to working with all those involved in the campaigns well into the future.
